There are many things that worry everyone as human beings. For me, I have always thought that worrying is not going to solve anything and leads to so many ills of the body and mind. I have learned to live because of the promise in Matthew 6:24-34. When we worry, it's like carrying a heavy load on the head or wearing a York around the neck. I have worried sometimes and forgot that I was promised that God will take care of tomorrow when it comes before me. But I never seized to pray and realised that he took care of me in the past and he will take care of me in the future.
